Our Story

Our Story

Our founders noticed that finding the deep flavours of traditional Mexican home cooking in Mallorca was nearly impossible. We set out to open a restaurant that refused to take shortcuts. We wanted a place that smelled of toasted chiles, nixtamalized corn, and freshly cooking tacos. Mextial was born from a desire to share the Mexican heritage with Mallorca and share a piece of Mexico in every dish.
